MANAGING AVIATION NOISE IMPACT - MAPPING FUTURE RESEARCH PRIORITIES
The workshop was held 5-6 May 2015, in Iasi, Romania, organised by COMOTI (Romanian research & development institute for gas turbines) and Iasi International Airport. This event was the continuation of the workshop “Future Trends in Aviation Noise Research”.
AIRCRAFT NOISE REDUCTION BY FLOW CONTROL AND ACTIVE/ADAPTIVE TECHNIQUES
The Scientific Workshop of X-NOISE EV, also named the 18th CEAS-ASC Workshop was held in “ Vilnius Gediminas Technical University”, Lithuania, on September 25-26, 2014. It was organized by Pr. Aleksandras Jagniatinskis. Its title was “Aircraft Noise Reduction by Flow Control and Active/Adaptive Techniques” and the scientific chairman was Pr. Oleksander Zaporozhets (National Aviation University, Ukraine).
There were 11 contribution papers presented.
AEROACOUSTIC INSTALLATION EFFECTS
The 2nd Scientific Workshop of X-NOISE EV, also named the 16th CEAS-ASC Workshop, was held in Braunschweig, Germany , on October 11-12, 2012.
There were 3 keynotes and 12 contribution papers presented.

Aeroacoustics of high-speed aircraft propellers & open rotors

Resolving uncertainties in airframe noise testing and CAA code validation
The 2009 X3-Noise/ CEAS-ASC workshop was organised by COMOTI and DLR and was held 1st and 2nd October 2009 at the Palace of Parliament, Bucharest. The workshop had three keynote speakers and four sessions with 15 contribution papers and 49 participants.
Turbomachinery Broadband Noise
The 12th annual Workshop of CEAS-ASC and 3rd Scientific Workshop of X3-Noise on the topic "Turbomachinery Broadband Noise" was held on 23th & 24th October in Bilbao, Spain, at the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao and it was organized by both the Centro de Tecnologias Aeronauticas (CTA, Bilbao) and the Instituto Nacional de Tecnica Aerospacial (INTA, Madrid).

The 2003 X2-NOISE Workshop, coupled with the 7th CEAS-ASC Workshop, was held in Prague.
